Instructions

Step 1
Fry panko breaded pork cutlets. Keep warm
Step 2
Sauté onions until soft. Add powdered ginger & soy sauce. Add chicken stock. Reduce to half. Add soy sauce to taste. Add lightly whipped eggs and cook until done. Serve over rice, top with pork
