Instructions
Step 1
Line 8x8 pan with foil or parchment paper
Step 2
Combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan
Step 3
Bring to a rolling boil on med. heat, stirring constantly
Step 4
Boil for 4 min. (Stir constantly). Remove from heat.
Step 5
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla (don’t put back on heat), stirring vigorously until marshmallows melt
Step 6
Pour into lined 8x8 pan
Step 7
Refrigerate for 2hrs or until firm. Lift from pan, and cut.
