Ingredients

1chilli
3 Tbspapple cider vinegar
3 Tbspolive oil
1 ½ Tbsphoney
sea salt
black pepper

225gPaneer Cheese
2 Tbspcornflour
1 tsppaprika powder
1 tspgarlic granules
1 tspturmeric
1 tspcumin
1 tspgaram masala
20mlwater
1 packagebistro salad
0.25red onion
sliced
1 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 tspapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the Mango and chop into pieces then add to a blender.
Step 2
Add Chilli, Apple Cider vinegar, Honey, Olive oil, Chilli Salt and Pepper to the blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
Step 4
In another bowl add the Cornflour, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Paprika, Garlic Granules and Cumin and mix together.
Step 5
Add the water and whisk into a batter.
Step 6
Cut the paneer into cubes around 20cm and add into the batter.
Step 7
Heat a pan and add a tablespoon of Olive oil.
Step 8
Add the paneer and cook on each side for 2 minutes.
Step 9
Add the salad to a bowl along with the Apple cider vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice and toss.
Step 10
Serve, add salad to a plate, scatter the paneer cubes around the edges.
Step 11
Add mango dressing droplets on top of the paneer and in between. Serve and enjoy.
