Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a blender, adding milk slowly to achieve desired thickness. The batter will be slightly thicker that traditional pancakes.
Step 3
Bring a lightly oiled sauté pan to medium-high heat. Pour batter onto pan, forming pancakes of your desired size.
Step 4
These will take a little longer than regular pancakes to set up before you can flip them (4 minutes per side).
