If you haven’t tried making corn ribs, this is your sign to do so! I love corn on the cob and these corn ribs are so flavorful and delicious because the flavors really get a chance to penetrate all the kernels. I made this recipe with ’s Rajun Cajun Season

If you haven’t tried making corn ribs, this is your sign to do so! I love corn on the cob and these corn ribs are so flavorful and delicious because the flavors really get a chance to penetrate all the kernels. I made this recipe with ’s Rajun Cajun Seasoning and served it with a Cajun Ranch dip. So good and perfect for your Memorial Day BBQ. The link to order the seasoning is in my bio. Full recipe is below 👇🏾 and also on the 8 cobs of corn 2 sticks of butter 1 teaspoon of hot sauce 3 cloves of finely minced garlic 1 tablespoon of Rajun Cajun seasonings (add more for additional spice) 1 teaspoon of paprika Chopped cilantro for garnish Cut each cob of corn into quarters. I found that the tall and slender cobs of corn were easier to cut than a wider ear of corn In a small bowl, add melted butter, garlic, hot sauce, Rajun Cajun seasoning and paprika and whisk until combined. Pour 3/4 of the butter on top the corn and grill the corn ribs until tender. For some extra kick, Sprinkle more Rajun Cajun seasoning on top. (optional) Grill the corn ribs until tender. Drizzle remaining cajun butter on top and garnish with cilantro. Rajun Cajun Ranch
