Instructions

Step 1
CUT THE BANANAS WIDTHWISE, AT LEAST 4 CHUNKS PER BANANA.
Step 2
MELT BUTTER IN FRYING PAN.
Step 3
ADD COCONUT OIL INTO PAN.
Step 4
ADD ALL SLICED BANANA INTO FRYING PAN.
Step 5
FRY BANANA UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE BROWN, TAKE OUT AND PLACE IN A BOWL.
Step 6
ADD HONEY INTO THE PAN AND PUT BACK ON THE HEAT UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICKENED, PUT IN THE LEMON LEAF.
Step 7
KEEP CARAMALISING UNTIL SAUCE IS REDUCED AND DRIZZLE WITH FRESH COCONUT CREAM.
