Step 1
1. Fry the bread on both sides with some olive oil and rub a fresh clove of garlic on both sides of the baguette

2. In a baking dish cut the cherry tomatoes in half, drizzle some olive oil, crushed garlic and chili flakes and bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees
Step 3
3. Spread some burrata on the fried bread and add the tomato mixture on top. Top off with some chopped fresh basil or parsley.
