Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450*
Step 2
Blend the eggs, milk, and salt in a blender. Add in flour, followed by the salt. Then let the mixture rest until room temperature
Step 3
Warm up the popover pan in the hot oven, then coat with nonstick spray.
Step 4
Fill the slots with the batter 3/4 of the way up.
Step 5
Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F and bake another 20 minutes. (Until golden brown and dry to the touch)
Step 6
Remove from the oven place on cookie rack and pierce the top with a knife to release steam.
Step 7
Spread with butter! (Or anything else you want to put on)
