Step 1
Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix in all the liquid ingredients.

Add all the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula to mix well.

Fold in the batter the chocolate chips and chopped walnut pieces.
Step 4
Divide the mixture in 12-14 lined muffin trays and bake in a preheated oven at 175 for 35-40 minutes.

Leave to cool in the tray for 10 minutes and then transfer on a wire rack to cool completely.
