3Onions
large, diced
3Tomatoes
Canned, Whole Plum
¼ cuptomato paste
5garlic cloves
crushed
1carrot
large, grated
1tomato
diced
oregano
basil
salt
pepper
1 Tbspbutter
1 Tbspoil

Instructions
Pizza Dough
Step 1
Whisk all Ingredients together and let rest for at least 1 hour
Tomato Sauce
Step 2
Heat the butter and oil in a large sauce pan at mid-low heat, add the onion, garlic and salt, cook until onion is translucent
Step 3
Add the tomato paste, cook for 2 min
Step 4
Strain whole tomatoes and save the tomato juice, remove the onion and garlic from the pan. Gently place each tomato from the can on the bottom of the pan, add the onion and garlic again. Cook at mid-high heat for 10-15 minutes
Step 5
Mash the sauce with a potato masher, until all whole tomatoes are crushed, add the carrots and the saved tomato juice. Cook at medium heat with a lid for half an hour
Step 6
add the oregano, basil and pepper, cook at high heat for 15 minutes
Step 7
Turn off the heat, add the diced tomato

Extend the dough, add tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese and toppings. Bake at 450 F until cheese melts
Step 9
Add Pecorino Cheese and olive oil, bake until cheese is browned
