Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Step 2
Add oil to pan, fry garlic and onions until onions are soft. Add mince to the pan and when it has browned slightly add a generous slosh of red wine!! Simmer for a few minutes then add the red sauce and chopped tomatoes, stir and simmer again for a few minutes until some of the liquid has reduced.
Step 3
Layer about a third of the mince and red sauce mix to the bottom of the lasagne dish, add a layer of sheets and cover with white sauce. Place another layer of sheets on the white sauce add another layer of mince, sheets and white sauce again. Repeat….
Step 4
Cook in the oven for about 60 minutes on the middle shelf.
