Grilled Blueberry Cookie Skillet
You can add chocolate chips, nuts, any other fruit, or just make a plain sugar cookie.
🍪 This is made in an 8-inch cast iron skillet and you can ✨absolutely✨ just bake it in the oven instead of grilling, but you know your girl loves a grill so here we are. 😊

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F. I did this by turning the left and right burners on medium and leaving the center burner off. Make sure the grill is at a steady 350.
Step 2
2. In the meantime, add the cookie dough to the cast iron skillet. Press into a flat layer with your hands. Add blueberries in the center of the dough to taste. Feel free to add more than 1/2 cup if you want. Press the blueberries into the dough.
Step 3
3. Place the skillet in the grill. Close the lid. Grill for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown around the edges. During this time, make sure the temp doesn’t go above 375! If it keeps climbing, open the lid to release some heat and bring it back to 350. If using the oven, just bake at 350 for 20-25 min!
Step 4
4. Top with ice cream. I went with strawberry cheesecake. 😍 another good one is lemon blueberry from Jeni’s!
