Instructions

Roulade

Step 1
Melt butter. Add flour and stir 1 minute. Add milk gradually. Stir until boiled and thick. Quickly stir in egg yolks and cheese.
Step 2
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into cheese mix.
Step 3
Put into greased and lined large swiss roll tin (30 x 25cm)
Step 4
Bake 12 - 15 mins at 180C.
Step 5
While roulade is cooking, make the filling. Melt butter, add the flour and cook for 1 min. Add milk gradually and stir until boiled and thick. Remove from heat and stir in chopped carrot and sweetcorn.
Step 6
When roulade is cooked, turn onto a wire rack covered with tea towel.
Step 7
Spread filling over. To roll, use tea towel to help.
Step 8
Freeze. Defrost, heat in oven.
