Step 1
1.Soak cashews for 10 minutes.
Step 2
2.Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Step 3
3.After 10 minutes drain cashews and blend with the remaining sauce ingredients until smooth.

4.Cook the macaroni.

5.Roughly pulse the bread to a crumbly texture.
Step 6
6.Frying pan over medium heat, toast the breadcrumbs for 2 minutes.
Step 7
7.Add garlic and olive oil, stir and cook, about 5 minutes until crispy; season salt and black pepper.
Step 8
8.Toss the macaroni with the sauce.
Step 9
9.Serve on a plate or in a bowl topped with the breadcrumbs.
