Instructions

Step 1
Firstly, rinse the rice under cold water.
Step 2
In the slow cooker, add all the ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Cook on high for 3 hours, stirring hourly, until the rice is cooked and the liquid is creamy.
Step 4
If using Raisins add them once the pudding has cooked. Stir to mix them in the rice mixture.
Step 5
Serve hot or cold. Enjoy.
