1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
3 tablespoonsvegetable oil

6dried red chiles

Instructions
Marinade
Step 1
2 teaspoons sherry;
Step 2
2 teaspoons soy sauce;
Step 3
2 teaspoons coconut flour and salt. Combine in large bowl.
Step 4
Add chicken, stir to coat. Let stand 30 minutes.
Cooking instruction:
Step 5
Combine remaining 3 teaspoons sherry,

3 teaspoons soy sauce, 1½ teaspoons coconut flour,

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large skillet
