Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dressing by placing all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until combined.
Step 2
To prepare the salad, place the zucchini in a large bowl and add three tablespoons of the prepared dressing and toss to combine. Serve the salad topped with flaked salmon, nuts and sesame seeds.
