Firm, drained
2 tablespoonsvegan mayonnaise
Can navy beans
include liquid
½ cupnutritional yeast
1 tablespooncapers
with a bit of brine
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 tablespoononion powder
⅓ cupsoy protein powder
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonvegan cream cheese
½ teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspoonchili flakes
¼ cupwhite wine
1 ½ teaspoonssalt
more or less
2 sprigsoregano
16 ozfrozen spinach
thawed and drained
1can artichoke hearts in water
drained
water chestnuts

Instructions
Step 1
Blend together all ingredients except spinach, artichokes and water chestnuts. Squeeze all water out of defrosted spinach. Chop water chestnuts. Pull apart artichokes. Fold the three above into wet mix. 350 for 40 minutes, rotating once - until bubbly at edges and developing color in top.
