Fried Green Tomatoes (GF)

Green tomatoes are the best fried, so crunchy ok the outside and creamy in the middle! Give them a go 🍅
For this recipe I used GF breadcrumbs and flour but it works well with non GF ingredients in the same quantity.

A few notes:
- Let the tomatoes rest for 30 mins with salt on before carrying on with the next steps.
- When they are ready, they are HOT. Wait before eating them!
- Drain them properly with paper towel otherwise they become soggy.
- Salt them while they are still hot.
