Gluten Free Vegan Cauliflower Parmesan

One of my favorite things to eat before I went plant based was Parmesan Chicken. This is my recreation using cauliflower. It can be paired with a marinara, pesto or my sun-dried tomato cream sauce.

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl combine vegan and the vinegar. In a separate dish, combine the dry ingredients. Take the slices or chunks of cauliflower and coat with the veganaise mixture, then dredge in the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Place on your air fryer basket, and air fry at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
To cook in the over. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes, then broil ion high for 3 to 5 minutes.
