Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together hoison sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and ground red pepper in a small bowl. Place salmon in an 11in x 17in baking dish. Drizzle half of glaze over salmon, spreading to coat. Cover and chill 30 minutes, set aside remaining glaze.
Step 2
Preheat broiler.
Step 3
Remove salmon from dish, discarding glaze. Place salmon, skin side down, on a lightly greased baking sheet. Broil 5 inches away from heat 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork, brushing once after 5 minutes with reserved glaze.
