Step 1
Whisk an egg in a small bowl.

Put panko seasoning in a separate plate, mixed with the onion and garlic powder.
Step 3
Dip the cubed chicken breasts into the egg bowl, then into into the panko crumbs. Move onto a tray covered with parchment paper
Step 4
Air fry at 400° for 12 minutes. If your air fryer has the option to broil, broil for 3 minutes or until the chicken is golden.
Step 5
While the chicken is cooking, start making the gochujang sauce. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, gochujang, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Let cook for 5 minutes on low
Step 6
Dip the chicken into the sauce, or pour the sauce over the chicken. Optional: serve with rice.
