Instructions
Step 1
Marinate minced pork with 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, dash of white pepper, 1/2 tsp sesame oil and 1/2 tsp Chinese rice wine. Set aside.

Step 2
Heat a little oil in pan and saute the onions and garlic till fragrant. Add minced pork and stir fry till meat is brown.

Add potatoes and sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or till potatoes are tender.
