First, combine the dry ingredients in a smaller bowl. Flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Then in a bigger bowl, the wet ingredients. Mashed bananas, egg, milk and oil. You could also add a dash of vanilla extract if you like.

Put 2 tablespoons of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix with a whisk until combined. Continue to add tablespoons and stir until all is combined. The mixture should be slightly lumpy.

Heat up your frying pan over medium heat with a piece of butter or a spoon of oil. Scoop the batter onto the pan. (approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake).
