Instructions

Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, melt the butter.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic until fragrant (~1-2 mins).
Step 3
Lower the heat to low and add in the heavy cream.
Step 4
Simmer for 1-2 mins.
Step 5
Add in the gochujang and mix well.
Step 6
Mix in the cream cheese until it has melted in.
Step 7
Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 8
Add in the parmesan cheese and mix into the sauce until completely smooth.
Step 9
Add pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
Step 10
In a separate pot, cook your pasta according to package.
Step 11
Drain the pasta and incorporate it into the sauce.
Step 12
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
