Instructions

Philly Cheese Steak

Step 1
Add diced red and green pepper with onions into a skillet on medium to high heat with olive oil. Let mixture brown for about 2-3 minutes and then add in your thinly sliced rib eye steak.
Step 2
Add in Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and a dash of tony's creole seasoning. Stir and mix thoroughly
Step 3
Let steak cook and brown for about 5-7 mins or until meat is thoroughly browned. Change heat to low & add in beef broth and shredded Monterey jack cheese and mix in. Allow broth to cook off for 3-5 mins.

Egg Rolls

Step 4
Heat up vegtable oil in skillet on medium to high heat. Lay egg roll flat and moisten all four sides with egg wash. Place one circular provolone cheese in the middle with 2 tbsp of the philly cheese steak mix diagnoally.
Step 5
Fold egg roll according to package and brush on egg wash all around roll. REPEAT FOR REMAINING ROLLS.(Optional: You can place egg rolls into the freezer while oil is heating up)
Step 6
Fry egg rolls for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and immediatsely dry off excess oil and cut egg roll open diagnoally.
Step 7
Top with parsley and serve with ranch, spicy mayo etc for dipping and ENJOY!
