Instructions
Step 1
Fill a large sauce pan halfway with water, season with salt, bring to a boil and add the egg noodles. Cook until al dente.
Step 2
In a medium skillet, brown hamburger with chopped onion (ike taco meat). Spoon out excess fat into a bowl. Add butter and garlic powder. Melt butter all the way through cooked beef and onion.
Step 3
Stir in flour, mushrooms, liquid from mushrooms, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add soup and simmer until warm.
Step 5
Stir in sour cream, simmer until warm.
Step 6
Serve over warm pasta
