Yummy cheesy pierogi casserole. I make half with hamburger and half without for a vegetarian option.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook hamburger separately
Step 2
Mix soup, milk, queso, frozen corn and spiced together in a medium bowl
Step 3
Assemble by adding thin layer of cheese mixture on a lightly greased rectangular oven safe dish
Step 4
Layer 12 pierogis on top
Step 5
Cover pierogis with cheese mix and add on hamburger as desired
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until pierogis are cooked through.
