Instructions

Step 1
Boil asparagus for about 3 minutes, and set aside.
Step 2
In a skillet, medium heat, add olive oil and garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes, frequently stirring, until slightly golden.

Turn the heat lowest, add calamari, salt, pepper, and sautee.
Step 4
Add red chili pepper, asparagus, Parmigiano cheese, and parsley.
