Step 1
Prepare your Berry compote by heating all berry in a pot over medium heat slowly breaking down the berries. Place in a jar and keep remainder in the fridge.

Place a 1-2 tbs of berry compote in each of your

Beat together Cheesecake except lemon zest until smooth. Optionally add the Protein and beat again . Now add a generous amount of fresh lemon zest for that cheesecake flavour hut, mix and distribute over the berries .

Pop in the fridge to set for 2 hours plus.
