Barbecue Shrimp and Crab
Just like most things New Orleans, this dish is a bit different as this delicious barbequed dish ain’t got nothing to do with your grill sittin out back. Get out your skillet and fire up the flavor for this one.

Ingredients
2 servings
1 lbcrab legs
1 lbshrimp
4green onions
sliced
2 tablespoonslemon juice
1lemon
sliced
2 poundsfresh shrimp
medium to large, unpeeled
½ teaspoonblack pepper
3 sticksbutter
1 tablespoonfresh rosemary
chopped
¼ cupworcestershire sauce
6cloves garlic
minced
2bay leaves
¼ cupwhite wine
1 cupwater
French bread
for sopping up goodness
Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet combine rosemary, lemon juice, lemons, water, Worcestershire, black pepper, garlic, and Creole seasoning and bring to a boil. And crab legs, cover and steam for 10mins.
Step 2
Remove cover and reduce heat to medium high. Add shrimp and white wine cooking shrimp until they turn pink, about 1 minute on each side.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to medium low and stir in butter, a couple cubes at a time. Stir constantly adding more butter once the butter has melted.
Step 4
Pour the contents in a bowl and serve with French bread for sopping up the awesomeness.
