Instructions
Step 1
Slice bacon, kimchi and scallion. Dice some garlic, set aside.
Step 2
Heat up a skillet, and then add in sliced bacon to cook on medium heat. Further add in diced garlic once bacon gets brown and crispy. Add sliced kimchi and stir fry for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
Step 3
Add overnight rice, kimchi juice in the bacon to mix. Stir all ingredients together for several minutes.
Step 4
Add in sesame oil to mix, garnish with chopped scallion, and remove from the heat for plating.
Step 5
Simply cook a sunny side up egg in a skillet, top the egg on the rice. Drizzle some sesame seeds and sliced seaweeds, serve immediately.
