Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix together ingredients for seasoning

2. In a medium bow, combine the chicken, 2TBSP of olive oil, and the seasoning. Mix well, and set in the fridge, covered, for up to overnight.

3. Heat a skillet or grill to medium high heat

4. When hot, add the chicken to the skillet, cooking on each side for about 3 minutes or until the center is ~160f (chicken will come up to safe temp while resting)

5. While the chicken is cooking, shred the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, and any other toppings.
Step 6
6. After chicken has cooked, set it on a plate and let rest for a few minutes. After it has rested, dice the chicken.
Step 7
7. Serve!
