A simple and easy chocolate brownie that is made by throwing all the ingredients into the blender. This low carb brownie is a great recipe to take along to a social occasion or you can portion it up and pop it in the freezer for an occasional dessert.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F/180C. Line your baking tin with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a blender or Thermomix and blend until it is combined. You may need to scrape down the sides and blend again.
Step 3
Add the brownie batter to your lined tin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
