I was craving something different than the usual but with a taste of African spices that's when I decided to make this yummy meal with a secret ingredient which I know a lot of my Nigerian friends will have an idea of what I'm talking about. it is the suya spice aka as the Yaji spice. it is a dry peanut spice which is usually used to marinate meat or any poultry before cooking or even after cooking.

Instructions
Step 1
After washing and marinating your meat, you add the necessary spices you need, then add the suya spice to rub the meat all over. Add butter and garlic to your pan, then add your meat and cook on both sides according to the way you prefer ( I love medium rare), Add your herbs. Let meat rest for a few minutes. Then serve with any side of your choice. voila! dinner is ready! Cook time is less than 12 mins. Easy and Delicious!
