Step 1
Peel and dice the onion.
Step 2
Add the onion and oil to the bowl with the Mixer installed. Lock the lid and press 'Start'.
Step 3
Deseed the chilli and chop finely. Thinly slice the chicken. Add the chilli, chicken, coconut cream and curry paste to the bowl. Mix well with a spatula.
Step 4
Lock the lid and press 'Start'. Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice.
