Instructions

Step 1
Spray a large non-stick wok with low-calorie cooking spray and over a high heat.
Step 2
Cut the pork to or chunks, add half to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and keep warm while you cook the remaining pork
Step 4
Add the spring onions and stir-fry for 1 minute
Step 5
Return the pork to the pan, pour in the stock and bubble until reduced by half
Step 6
Stir in the teriyaki sauce, heat through and serve hot.
