Cheese boats made with a soft fluffy and easy mix and a delicious cheese mix

The dough
2 cupsflour
2 cupswater
warm
2 tablespoonssugar
1 tablespooninstant yeast
¾ teaspoonsalt
3 cupsflour
½ cupvegetable oil
¼ cupyogurt
Cheese mix filling
0.5 blocknabulsi cheese
0.5 blockakawi white brine cheese
sweet, or akawi
1 cupmozzarella cheese
black seeds
sesame seeds
1egg
¼ cupparsley
chopped
Egg wash
Instructions
Step 1
In the mixer, mix the first five ingredients of the dough then cover abs wait ten minutes
Step 2
Now add the rest of the dough ingredients and knead for five minutes
Step 3
For the Nabulsi cheese, soak it in hot water a couple of time until it releases most of its salt. Then dry the cheese well then crumble it.
Step 4
Shred the other kinds of cheese and mix all the ingredients together.
Step 5
- Divide the dough into equal size balls
Step 6
- Using the roller pin roll out each ball into an oval shape
Step 7
- Place cheese filling in the middle, stay away from the edges
Step 8
- Fold in the edges and shape the corners
Step 9
- Press down on the cheese boat to make sure the edges stay closed
Step 10
- Whisk the egg wash ingredients and brush it on top of the boats
Step 11
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and black seeds (optional)
Step 12
- Bake in a 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until done
