Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200c. Use a mandolin to thinly slice potatoes. Mix potatoes with oil, salt, pepper and herbs.

Place potato on a tray not overlapping with other pieces. Place in oven.

Cook for 10 min or until golden brown. Serve with kewpie mayonnaise.
