Sauted artichoke hearts with sun dried tomatoes and gnocchi

Instructions
Step 1
Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saute pan on medium heat and at the same time boil 4 cups of water in a sauce pan
Step 2
Add can of artichoke hearts to olive oil, julienne tomatoes and add spices and lemon juice. Cover and let simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add gnocchi to boiling water and let cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Put gnocchi in sauté pan with artichoke hearts and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir and serve.
