Instructions

Step 1
Boil or microwave potato until done.
Step 2
Peel and mash potato in a bowl and add salt, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Form potato mixture into balls a little bigger then golf balls.
Step 4
flatten slightly and add cheese to the middle of the potato mixture. Enclose cheese in potato mixture a flatten slightly.
Step 5
Fry potatoes until golden brown.
Step 6
Take out of oil and set on paper towels. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Enjoy!
