Instructions
Step 1
Cube chicken breasts and boil until cooked thoroughly.
Step 2
Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Add onion. Stir. Set aside.
Step 3
Place chicken on bottom of greased casserole dish. Add cream of chicken soup, a splash of milk, and peas. Mix ingredients well.
Step 4
Add stuffing on top. Smooth over other ingredients. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Step 5
Place in 350° oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Serve.
