Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook chicken breasts and shred.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth to 13x9 casserole dish and stir until combined.
Step 3
Place Ritz in Ziploc bag and crush until crumbly. Microwave butter until melted and add to Ziploc with Ritz. Close bag and shake until well combined. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture in casserole dish in an even layer.
Step 4
Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling slightly.
Step 5
Serve over white rice.
Step 6
Note: Casserole should have a crreamy consistency but not runny and more chicken broth can be added if needed. For an extra kick, sprinkle some Lawrys seasoning salt on top when serving.
