Friday’s are for burgers in our home and being a home of vegetarians and flexitarians beyond meat/beef products are a delicious go-to for home made burgers.
Play around with different toppings, sauces and seasonings and enjoy a healthier delicious burger at home 😃

Step 1
Step 1: sauté mushrooms in a dollop of butter
Step 2: fry your eggs. We like them easy over. Adore that delicious ooziness Step 3: fry your beyond burgers in tbls of olive oil or any other veg oil (I use olive oil for just about everything 😉)
Step 4: Assembly is really about keeping everything together. So I start with adding a good layer of mustard Mayo on both sides of the open bun.
Step 5: add avo slices to the bottom bun and smush it a bit
Step 6: then add the burger, top with the egg and finally add the mushrooms (I stick this to the Mayo of the top bun.
Step 7: close it up, cut in half or not and then devour the deliciousness 🤤
