Instructions

Step 1
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Step 2
Place sprouts in a heat-resistant container, add water (not listed: 1 tbsp), cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
Step 3
Add cucumber, bean sprouts, drained tuna, wakame, and sesame oil to a bowl.
Step 4
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
