Instructions
Step 1
Bring a few inches of water to a boil. Carefully add eggs and boil for 7 min (for softer) or 8 min (more firm). Remove from water and add to a bowl of ice water immediately. Let cool.
Step 2
Add eggs to a bowl and smash with a fork. Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined.
