Mom enchilada casserole

Oven 350. 28 oz sauce. Fry up meat onion. If wanna add kale chopped or bell peppers. Drain. Spray bottom of baking dish. Cut corn tortillas into quarters. Place in bottom of pan, then add meat mixture, then add 1/3ish of can of red enchilada sauce, then light cheese. Repeat all and add rest of can of sauce. With cheese on top. Cover, bake for 30 min to 45 min at 350. Then uncover for 5 and let sit for about 20 min.
