Instructions

Step 1
Mix cake mix, oil and eggs
Step 2
Drop by medium scoops onto 3 baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Bake 7 to 8 minutes.
Step 4
Cool 7 minutes and move to wire rack and let cool 7 more minutes.
Step 5
Make icing by melting butter with 2 tablespoons cocoa and 3 tablespoons milk in medium pot. When smooth, take off heat and add powdered sugar and beat till smooth and silky.
Step 6
Pour icing over cookies and use knife to remove excess icing from sides of cookies. Let icing set before storing.
