Step 1
Pre-heat oven at 180° (fan). Peel potatoes and cut into wedges. Place onto a baking tray with olive oil and black pepper.

Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Once done, add salt and garnish with chopped parsley.
Big Mac sauce
Step 3
Add mayo, mustard, finely diced gherkin and about an inch of finely diced onion to a bowl. Mix and serve inside the burger.

Cook burger accordingly and place inside a bun with a couple slices of cheese on top. Grill until melted. Add sauce and lettuce - enjoy!
