Step 1
-Set your oven to 375*F and line a baking sheet with foil.
-Cut the brussels in half and throw into a large bowl with the browned butter, shallot, maple syrup, yogurt, mustard and vinegar. Toss to coat well and season with salt and pepper generously.
-Dump the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread into one even layer, then bake at 375*F for 15-20 minutes, stirring ever 5. Don't be afraid to get some very good color and caramelization on the brussels!
-Allow them to cool a bit then transfer to a serving dish and garnish with crumbled goat cheese, pomegranate seed, and fresh picked parsley leave
